Registration

Registration is by invitation only. There is not an accessible registration form.

The pre-registration form is a request to be considered for invitation to the meeting. The total number of participants, including speakers, chairs, poster presenters, pharma representatives and other invited participants will be capped at 150.

For pre-registrants invited to register for the conference, the Registration fee is 150 Euros. The Registration fee is waived for Speakers, Session Chairs, Poster Selection Committee and first authors of Camera-Ready Abstracts submitted by March 31, 2026 (assuming that the first author is not a Pharma employee).

The Late Registration fee (after March 31, 2026) is 1500 Euros.
